WARRANTY AND REPAIRS

Jewelry by nature is delicate!
  • We are happy to repair an item at no charge within the first 90 days of purchase within Qatar. Customers will only be charged for shipping and handling of any repair items during this period. Repairs after 90 days will have a repair fee at the expense of the customer.
  • Repairs requiring international shipping will be charged for two-way shipping.
  • We are not responsible for items repaired by other jewelers. All warranty of the piece will be voided if another jeweler has worked on a SARAH FINE JEWELRY piece.
  • Lost diamond or sapphire pieces, normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.
  • If we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused, we reserve the right to refuse any replacement requests.

 

Should you require a repair, please contact us at info@sarahfinejewelry.com with details of the item in need of repair, what repair is needed, details from the original sales invoice, and your contact information. SARAH FINE JEWELRY will assess whether the repair is approved on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion depending on the nature of the repair.
